Benenden Healthcare Society Ltd is a mutual society providing healthcare support to its members. 

As part of a comprehensive HR strategy encompassing 360 feedback, internal and external training provision and performance management framework, Benenden has for the past few years been utilising Structured Training’s proprietary E-Learning Courses. 

The courses are made available to all employees across the organisation including the regionally based field sales team to address key skill areas.  They complement other tools used as part of the HR strategy and provide a fast and cost effective way of achieving performance improvement.
