This programme addresses the range of competencies required by a coach at the advanced and mastery level, underpinned by Total Coaching, our proprietary approach to coaching. These give the manager a clear view of the responsibilities and requirements of a coaching role as well as a sound understanding of the tools and techniques they need to succeed.

This is a fully residential course, the above price includes comprehensive course materials, morning coffee, luncheon and afternoon teas. Residential course fees do not include the participant's hotel costs. Participants will be required to settle direct with the hotel before leaving.
