This programme addresses the range of competencies required by a coach at the advanced and mastery level, underpinned by Total Coaching, our proprietary approach to coaching. These give the manager a clear view of the responsibilities and requirements of a coaching role as well as a sound understanding of the tools and techniques they need to succeed.
