Working With Difficult People
The modern world requires diverse groups of people to work together in order to achieve results. Sometimes this is easy, but at others it seems that if only the other person was a little more reasonable, all would be resolved. This highly practical course looks at why it is that we find some people more difficult to work with than others. By examining ourselves, we find ways of adapting to our growing understanding of what it is that makes others tick.
