Fundamentals Of Management

This three-day course covers the skills that a modern manager requires to deliver today's corporate objectives. Through the course instruments are used to enable participants to analyse their own management potential, attitudes and behaviour, then compare these with the requirements of their present jobs and so identify those areas of management competence which need to be improved. Participants will gain a deeper knowledge of themselves - their strengths and development needs. In addition exericses and dsicussions are utilised to enhance.
