The Structured Training Performance Masterclass Series
Structured Training, in partnership with its sister companies, SalesPathways Ltd and Predaptive (OD) Ltd, often work on projects that involve significant organisational change and setting new directions in corporate strategy. These, sometimes international assignments, are always focused on creating and implementing interventions that sustain or increase the organisation’s ability to compete effectively. These are generally from either an external perspective of how to engage differently with customers and the market-place, or internally around how to organise better and mobilise people more effectively.
Over the last couple of years, what has emerged from this work are some key themes, areas of focus that keep reoccurring as being significant in being catalysts for building sustainable high performance. More importantly these areas are key in helping aspirational organisations continue on their journey to become (or remain) world-class performers.
For 2009 we have taken the learnings from much of this work and consolidated it into a series of one day Performance Masterclasses around four key topics:
- How To Build A High Performance Culture
- Developing A Vision, Values And Goals Framework
- Leading And Managing Remote Teams
- Creating A Coaching Culture
Who Should Attend
Each Performance Masterclass is designed for directors and managers who are looking to effect real organisational and/or performance change within their organisations, divisions, functions or teams. In addition, specialists from HR, Learning and Development and OD functions would also benefit in acquiring new insights and practical engagement tools to take back into their organisation.
The Workshop Leader
The Performance Masterclasses are delivered by our Managing Director; Andrew Brown who has successfully led and worked on many of these projects and brings over 20 years experience of improving organisational performance into the workshop environment.
The Workshop Environment
All the workshops are held at our Prospero Barn Headquarters just outside Stratford-upon-Avon close to Junction 15 of the M40 motorway. The numbers are kept to a maximum of 12 to allow for plenty of discussion around the material and participants own related experiences and challenges. All materials and refreshments are also included.
